   A funny thing happened when I saw the main page of this blog. Two weeks ago, I was wondering where I had read that very neat essay on poverty, which I hadn’t bookmarked, of course. I thought : I’ll google it when I have the time. But there it is. We do live in interesting times…

   OK, I’ll stop whining when they send me to California.

   Unless it’s a weekend flight on Delta, when they manage to make a 757 feel like a DC-10 that’s overbooked.

   God, why did Jet Blue have to leave Columbus.

   (Hmm… Need to work on that stop whining part. Just keep telling myself “Yeah, but Scalzi flew home from France. And he hasn’t made the Creation Museum yet.”)
