I’m in New York with friends. Doing things. See you tomorrow, or possibly even Monday.
I hear you were at the Algonquin the other night. Did you see the hotel cat?
Have a good time!
John’s in NY with friends doing things. Let’s see, he just finished his new book and sent it to the publisher. Okay, I’ve got the most boring story. I’m sure other people can think of better stories of what John is really doing in NY.
My secondary guess is John is training to pilot the super-huge mech to save us from during the New Year’s Eve invasion of Atlantic Kaiju.
Have a super time, you deserve a break.
Bet he went to the Flatiron Building yesterday.
Hey, you finished the book! Celebrate!
Have some Knishes for me!!
And there will be photographs…
I read this as: “I’m in New York with fiends. Doing things.”
what a difference one little letter can make…now that’s going to fester.
