Because Catblogging is so 2005.
God, that’s how I feel most of the time.
Freaky – we saw a dog just like this in Prague – what breed is it?
An Akita, right? I had an Akita long years ago. I really didn’t appreciate at the time what a great dog she was.
Now I have Australian Shepherds. :)
That’s not a puppy…that’s a space station!
Yes, Kodi is an Akita. Great dogs.
I want to cuddle your puppy. What a pretty, fluffy pile of dog.
That is one happily ignorant looking pup, that is. I think the one on the bottom is terribly cute. So is Kodi as useless as I think she is? Or is that just my dog that’s like that?
She is in fact not at all useless. She is an excellent guard dog, as Akitas tend to be in general.
Blogging is all about being ahead of the curve. I’m looking for investors to help me start the hamster-blogging craze of 2007.
Too late, Neil.
Wah! I have neither dog not cat (nor hamster, for that matter).
Would guinea pig blogging be pathetic?
P-ppp-pp-puppy???? Um, how big will she get to be?
I have a puppy. He weighs 3 pounds, 4 ounces. Probably about the same as Kodi’s paw.
Love pic #2, the whole “Oh come on… let’s go get some food and quit fooling with the camera… I’m bored” yawn. I see that here too.
Not for the first time do I find an appreciation for the awesome plot of land upon which you reside.
I see you are about to be hip deep in shed winter fur…
Yeah, it’ll be coming off in chunks soon.
What-that’s all he does?
Cute, but maybe not as cute as puppy play time: http://web.mac.com/kerowo/iWeb/Site/Movie.html
Sure she’s cute, but is she behaving naturally? Even animals act for the camera. Am I being fed artificial cuteness, like some kind of trans-fat? Leave it to John to warm our hearts only to then clog our arteries.
Next time see if you can catch Kodi doing something natural to dog, like chasing the cat. You could start by dipping the cat’s tail in cheeze whiz.
I’d hate to have your dog food bill!
Why is it that animals seem to find humans more interesting when looked at upside-down? My old tortoise-shell cat used to walk in the room, stare at my husband, and then flop over and look at him some more — it was the weirdest thing (or one of them at least). Maybe we should all try it and see what new perspectives we can get? Or not.
Very cool puppy, though. I just love the wrinkly face and sad little eyes. Must be a trial to resist when she gets into beg-mode.
My Akita didn’t bark often, but when she did, she sounded like thunder. Of course then my first Aussie was a dog that couldn’t shut up. But that Aussie was the better guard dog, believe it or not.
I heart dogs. And science fiction.
Mounds of unused fat, layered together. Mmmmmmm.
Hey, Kodi, need to borrow my shedding rake?
I give it three days and your living room carpet will look like someone put a fur coat through the wood chipper… Goodness, I miss those days.
You are the greatest site ever besides puppy pictures.
