  1. Before you ask me any questions about details: I’m not running the giveaway or have any involvement in it. So my answer to any question is likely going to be: I don’t know.

  2. That’s hilarious John. My copy from Amazon arrived yesterday. Timing is everything.

  3. I shall be “patiently waiting by my mailbox with a hopeful look on my face”!!!

  4. First 17 respondents, huh…
What are the chances that this would happen on one of the only days in which I wake up and check my rss feeds before 7am (PST)…

  5. But, but, I just bought my 17 copies from the bookstore. As you instructed….

    SCALZIIIIIIIIII!

  6. I have a copy (in hardcover purchased pre-release) but I’d like to have a shiny new copy to give away ( I’m betting my neice would enjoy it) thanks for the heads up – now how do I get my free copies of the limited hardcovers of Last Colony and The God Engines ? (and Zoe’s Tale once Sub. Press releases a super deluxe version)?

  7. I saw the post at 9:33 eastern, so I probably would have been early enough, but I want to save ZT for airplane reading on my summer vacation. Since I won’t be able to post a review within two weeks, I deferred, leaving a copy for someone else to snarf up, and will pay cash money to my local bookstore for my copy.

  8. I was one of the first 17 people and got my book in the mail today (that was super fast). I have read it previously but will re-read it gladly and will write a review in the next week or so (I already know it will be a very positive review!). I love having my own copy – the portable version. I also love winning things, that does not happen very often.

  9. I got a package today! I’m so excited to read Zoe’s Tale & review. Thank you for posting the giveaway!

  10. Got my copy yesterday. I really liked OMW, and am looking forward to reading ZT.
