Because sometime that happens. You understand, don’t you? Don’t you?
I’ll be on Twitter intermittently. Otherwise, see you tomorrow.
I’ll be over here in the corner holding my breath till I turn blue.
I started up Twitter and the first thing I saw was the Reduced Shakespeare Company talking about Redshirts. I’ve been a fan of theirs since they played Renaissance Faires. A doom of redshirts, ha!
Nobody is ever really “away” while they maintain Twitter contact. We thought you knew that…
Dammit, Scalzi, now I’m left with nothing but Pinterest to entertain me all day!
So, you’re going to be Twittermittent?
He’s away! Anarchy!
No, I don’t understand. Please explain it to me. At length.
Is he away, or is he part of an … Away Team? *gasp!* Is he wearing a red shirt? Noooooooooo!
Perfect. First time here. I’ll just leave a note.
Email arrives from Times with Scalzi profile? 3:00 am
“Redshirts” in Kindle? 4:00am
Thoroughly enjoyable read finished? 3:00pm…It was a good day…but I am tired of waking up at 3:00am..At least now I have someone else to blame…..
(Eyeing you Mr. Author)
Of course we understand. What are we, a bunch of crybabies with abandonment issues?
Sniff, sob, *You don’t love us anymore! Waaaahhhh!!!”
