Not a Sunset, 7/17/12

A few hours from sunset, with the sun burning through — barely — some pretty ominous clouds. We could use the rain, man.

    That color looks like the golden glow you get around tornado-producing thunderstorms…

  2. I scrolled down expecting to see a book title and a spaceship (exploding or standing on its tail fins), or at least something large, land-based, and tentacled.

  4. Awesome photo. I can’t recall ever seeing anything remotely like it.

    And I used to work in a one hour photo lab and have seen literally millions of photos.
