Well, not away in a physical sense. But away in the “Hey my deadline’s on Monday” sense. So, there you have it. Have a great weekend. See you Monday.

Write Grandma, write like the wind! And remember where your plethora is.
Good luck!
That would be the veritable plethora, of course. (Is there any other sort?)
Thank you, John, and may your weekend be eloquently fruitful.
Can’t wait to read all the new words you’re stringing together! I’m a plethora all by myself, I am.
Have you entered flooba gunna territory yet? Or have you waved bye-bye to it in your rearview mirror?
But all the clocks in the city
Began to whirr and chime:
“O let not Time deceive you,
You cannot conquer Time.
“In the burrows of the Nightmare
Where Justice naked is,
Time watches from the shadow
And coughs when you would kiss.
~ W.H. Auden
I tell you, I come here to see what Scalzi has to say about various and sundry. But I stay for the comments because John is busy for the day and the comments include Auden. (grin)

Keep on writing, John. I’m about to re-read either “Agent to the Stars” or “Redshirts” for the nth time, but I’m looking forward to something new.
Totally off topic. I really, really, really want to see “Agent to the Stars” as a movie. My friends and I play the casting game with various favorites. AttS is one, and so is Georgette Heyer’s “Masqueraders”. Fun!
If you family needs to flee the scene, send them to Michigan!
Amazon is offering a pre-order for The Human Division by John Scalzi with a pub date of April 14, 2013.
No pressure.
Not even a cat picture?
*sigh*
It’s monday. Fluba wubbah?
Hope you made it!
