I Shall Not Be Updating Again Until Monday, and So I Leave You With a Picture of a Cat

There, that should hold you.

Wish me luck with the book writing, would you? Thanks.

  1. John P. Murphy – I'm an engineer and writer living in New England. My research background is in robotics and computer security; my writing is primarily science fiction and mystery.

Good luck with the book writing!

  2. Bruce Diamond – Flyover Land on the teeming Mississippi River – Despicably proud old man. Text-extruding asshole (thank you, John Scalzi) with a skewed vision on life, pop culture, writing and general assholiness. Not a scholar, not a gentleman, not Martin or Lewis. But still trying to make life fun and funny.

Good luck with the wookie biting.

… huh, I may have misread something …

  3. Donna Leonard – Southern California – I like to write, read, knit, crochet, watch movies, watch way too much television, listen to music and play Drawsomething 2 somewhat obsessively, not necessarily in that order. You can find my irregular blog at: http://manicmeanderings.blogspot.com/ 3 kids: Twenty-three-year-old boy/girl twins, and a thirteen-year-old girl. 3 cats: fourteen-year-old female, three-year-old female, and a two-year-old male

  4. Shawn – Ohio, USA – Early to bed, early or whirlybird or something. Bored now, bye. Don't step on any Lego's 'cause it _Hurts_!

Good on WordPress, it won’t let me nymshift to try to up the
“Good luck with the book writing” post count.
I guess it doesn’t want to set you a record. ;p
Interesting about us is we mostly threw in the word “good.”

  6. I noticed the cat’s sitting on your mouse. Good luck getting him to move so you can write. My cat can be very obstinant about giving up a mouse.

  7. You posted on Friday and it’s now Sunday, late morning. And that means–hellyalooyah!–you’re just about done! Time for a cigar and whiskey. Or not, if that doesn’t float your boat. How about caramel syrup, whip cream and a dollop of coffee along with cookies?

Seriously, John, that just cracks me up, the coffee thang.

  8. Re Diedre, “With great dignity and aplomb he sits on your mouse. He’s the perfect cat.”

    That’s darn near a great haiku. ;-)
