But? Can an eleven YO be schizophrenic.
The boy in question seems like a normal dumb ass eleven year old boy to me.
His caregivers have a different opinion and let him run free.

The “hmm” refers to stuff I don’t recall. Something perhaps about how different mental illnesses mess with what the person sees.
