It has not just a parking lot, but an entire parking garage. And a vaguely Ballard-esque high rise in the background. Don’t forget that.
You guys have a great weekend.
Looks like the Westin Hotel……stayed there several times………
I’m so sorry….for you
It looks surprisingly well composed. It looks like it would go well on the wall of an intentionally boring waiting room. Trying to be calming through industrial blandness.
That looks somewhat bleak. It’s missing penguins.
Just dropped by to say – I have started reading your Old Man’s War series. I can’t put them down! Having So. Much. Fun. Yay!
Ugh. Hotel should have just put a clerestory for natural light, and hung the TV on the wall underneath it.
Not an appealing view but often typical…
Well, given that it’s a business park area, the style makes sense.
We geeks bring our own color and style for the weekend. ;-)
Philosophical question: – was the carpark built because a hotel room needed a view or was the hotel built to take advantage of free views?
I would rather be where I am. Tampa is lovely this time of year, if you aren’t allergic to oak pollen. The blueberry farm is popping out berries every time you turn around and the Gulf of Mexico water is close to 85.
