New Books and ARCs, 9/9/16

Some very fine books and authors in this week’s stack of books and ARCs. See something here that is begging for your reading attention? Tell us about it in the comments!
Thunderbird!! Oh, and of course Ken Liu.
Hamilton and Liu, baby!
I think I’d read anything by Elif Batuman. (I’ve already read and enjoyed the Tim Powers.)
Medusa’s Web is a lot of fun. Time travel, sort of… body swapping, sort of… hollywood all the time.
Ken Liu please!
I’m always up for a new Chuck Wendig!
Read Good Morning, Midnite. A good attempt that just missed. Had some real potential. Any readers out there who can explain the twist at the end to me?
Tana French! Last year I picked up In the Woods based on a Lev Grossman recommendation and proceeded to read all of her Dublin Murder Squad books straight through. They are pretty dark, but very, very good. I’d rank her right up there with PD James, maybe better.
I like Peter F Hamilton. I am finishing up his Void Trilogy.
Ooooohhhh, there’s a new Tim Powers?! Nice.
Tana French! Ken Liu!
(If that’s a Tana French book *outside* the Dublin Murder Squad series, I will plotz, right here in front of God and errbody.)
PFH and Chuck Wendig in the same batch! Someone must have been good this week.
Ah, man. I wonder if I should reread the first one before “A Night Without Stars” hits.
New Peter Hamilton, Ken Liu, and Tim Powers?!
I’ve been waiting for that new Peter F Hamilton book for years!
Medusa’s Web sounds cool. I also want to read The Fifth Petal.
I love Tana French!
Coming in late to add my vote for the Ken Liu title. Really enjoying everything he writes and translates.
A new Peter Hamilton! Are Jobs and Wozniak in this one, too?
